Tilt365 is priced per person, per year. The True Tilt Personality Profile™ is $49 per user per year and the Agility Growth Tracker™ is $199 per user per year. Both include free retakes for the subscription year, and a Starter Team Visual is included with every assessment at no extra cost.

Volume discounts apply automatically based on the total number of assessments in your rollout: 10% at 100 or more, 15% at 250 or more, 20% at 500 or more, and 25% at 1,000 or more. The calculator on this page applies the discount as you change the numbers.

There are three tiers. Starter is free and included with every assessment — it shows one team's climate preference pattern, data health scores, and three years of historical data. Team Agility Analytics is $99 per month (or $999 per year) and adds multiple teams, side-by-side and individual comparison, viewer sharing, and priority support. Enterprise Agility Analytics is $499 per month (or $4,999 per year) and adds org-wide rollups, custom admins and viewers, downloadable data exports, and management of team, group and org analytics. API, SSO and other upgrades can be contracted.

Each per-user annual subscription includes the assessment itself, the full personalized report, unlimited retakes during the subscription year, and the free Starter Team Visual for the person's team. There are no separate report fees, setup fees, or per-seat activation charges.

No. Assessments and reports can be purchased and deployed directly. The Tilting Presence Workshop is an optional add-on delivered by a certified practitioner for intact teams of 6–25, and practitioner certification is a separate program — neither is required to run assessments.

Subscriptions are annual and priced per user. The paid analytics tiers can be billed monthly or annually — monthly is shown by default, and the annual rate is the equivalent of about two months free. For rollouts across multiple teams or an entire organization, contact us and we'll put together a written proposal with the volume discount applied.
