Here at Tilt, we are closely monitoring events related to the spread of the Coronavirus as they continue to unfold. We share your concerns and wanted to let you know our plans moving forward. 


Services

Because our services are mainly digital and the Tilt team works remotely we will do our best to continue to bring you the highest level of uninterrupted service and do not expect any major changes for the foreseeable future. For online services and products, you can expect the same service you’ve known from us in the past. We will continue to stay in touch with you as events unfold. Online classes will remain as scheduled unless otherwise notified.

Operations

Our staff largely works remotely so we will continue to work normal business hours and support during this time. Our team has all the tools and resources necessary to continue providing you the service excellence you have come to know and expect from us. 

At Tilt, we are dedicated to the safety and well being of our team and staff. If events change in the future we will continue to send updates as needed. We are committed to staying positive during this difficult time and hope we can all get through this as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we encourage you to please follow cdc.gov for the latest and most accurate information.
